APPLICATION PROCEDURES

• Complete the application form in it's entirety as directed.

• All information requested MUST be received by Friday May 24th, 2019.

• Each high school student's application must be followed by 1 letter of recommendation from a community leader or administrator, a teacher evaluation and their personal statement. (Parents: Please ensure that the letter of recommendation and teacher evaluation are completed, if you are completing the online version of the form. Your child's application will not be complete without them.)
